it's about time :: good lookin' U.S. postage
I have never before bought postage stamps because they looked good rather than simply needing to mail something... these new King & Queen of Hearts stamps, however, are absolutely stunning.
And it's about time... I have long-suffering secret angst about custom clients being forced to put ugly postage on their beautiful invitations, announcements & stationery, but these lovelies will compliment my designs just fine (if I do say so myself! ;)
Stock up while you can... or else you're gonna be stuck with these.

OMG - those stamps practically have Emily written all over them!
oooh i'm with you...these are so very cool!
I noticed those at the post office last week and when I got to the counter asked if for a sheet of the "pretty new love stamps." The man at the counter couldn't believe I called them pretty. Said that most people didn't like them and he's even had people ask for a different stamp when he's tried to give them the new ones. I'm just glad to learn I'm not the only person who thinks they are lovely!
I totally, totally agree! I bought these on a whim the other day too, after seeing them while mailing packages. SO GOOD!
Can't wait to get these! I was so bummed when the eames went out.
Oh, I agree, these are wonderful! I've often lamented the lack of creativity in US stamps when compared to stamps made in other countries, and so it's great to see these beauties. I think you'll enjoy this archive of Slovenian stamps -- http://www.posta.si/Namizje.aspx?tabid=385
i just saw these today on twitter and fell in lurrvve. probably a lot easier to track down then the eames stamps were last summer too!
so pretty-- how had i not seen these before? love them!
Those are so cool! Great find! I hear the same complaint from my clients! Wonder who designed these? Anyone know?
I picked up a booklet of these today after seeing them on a blog (can't remember which one) this morning and they're even better in person! Love them!!
i love these stamps - i'd resigned myself to forevers, but these are gorgeous!
